How to find Remote Jobs
As mentioned above, Remote works as a remote job platform where you can find various remote job offers. So, for your earnings, you must apply for any job offer available on the site.
What is interesting about Remotive is that it offers this service for free. You do not need to sign up as a member to apply for remote jobs posted on the website. You just need to mention during the interview (if you go to this stage) that you got the lead from Remotive.
When searching for a job opportunity, if you see one you’re interested in, just click on it to view the details page. It will show you the job type, salary, employer information and the skills and experience required for the job.
If you think you are the right person for the job, just click on the “Apply for this position” button and it will take you to the employer’s website or application page. Then, just go through the application process, where you usually have to fill out an application form and submit your resume.
If the employer is interested in hiring you, they will contact you via email, so be sure to check your inbox regularly as there is no timeline on how long you will have to wait to hear back from them. If you hear back from the employer, you will be given instructions on how to proceed with the next step in the application.
Generally, as with any job search process, you will have to go through an interview. As mentioned earlier, you must mention that you have received a job offer from Remote. I’m not exactly sure what happens if you fail to do this as I haven’t had a chance to do this while exploring Remote.

Remotive Affiliate program
Another way you can potentially earn from Remotive is through its affiliate program. The goal is to refer job seekers to the site by sharing your affiliate link. When they click on the link and sign up as a member (ie they get a premium membership), they become your referral.
You will receive a $25 reward as a token of appreciation.
How do you get paid From Remotive?
If you are employed, your employer will handle the payment process for your salary. In my experience, remote jobs typically offer convenient payment methods such as PayPal or direct bank transfer. And since they’re all salary-based, expect your salary to depend on your employer’s pay period.
For the affiliate program, Remotive will handle the payment for it. If you manage to reach the $100 threshold, you will be paid every 15 days. If you fail to do so, you will have to wait another 15-days for payment.
The site doesn’t tell you exactly which payment method it uses, but based on my experience, a site like Remotive usually uses direct bank transfer as a payment method, which is a convenient option in my opinion.
