Just remember that this will be for phone consulting and survey projects. For full-time positions, payment will be handled by the company that hired you.
With Zintro, you can make payments via Dots or Payoneer. You will usually get paid 3 to 10 business days after completing the project. Another thing you need to keep in mind is that you will get the full amount as Zintro will not deduct a percentage from your earnings.
